The dog profile (size, age, sensitivities) automatically filters the categories down to what suits your dog. On every product you see a clear signal: suitable, unsuitable, or take care with, based on what you entered in the profile.

We distinguish two situations. Confirmed medical allergies (diagnosed by a vet): you add the allergens to the dog profile and we filter out strictly the products containing them. Preferences / sensitivities (no diagnosis): we show the full ingredient list on every product, plus clear labels such as “contains chicken” or “single-ingredient beef”. The decision stays with you.

You return within 14 days of receipt, unopened products only and in their original packaging. For opened products we can't accept a return for reasons of hygiene, but if there's something wrong with the product you received (faulty, damaged in transit), write to us and we'll sort it out.
