You change your mind within 14 days
Without giving us any explanation, from the day you receive the parcel. Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 gives you that right and we attach no extra conditions to it. Treats and food come back unopened, for reasons of hygiene.

It says who made the product
The producer's name is on every product page, above the title, alongside the full ingredient list.
You can pay on delivery too
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Shopify Payments, or cash to the courier, if you'd rather see the parcel before you pay. Paying on delivery costs nothing extra.

1-3 working days by courier, anywhere in Romania. Shipping costs 25 lei on orders under 250 lei and is free from 250 lei up. It costs the same however you pay: paying on delivery costs nothing extra.

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no explanations. Unopened products, accessories and grooming items can be returned without any trouble. The hygiene exception applies only to sealed products that have been unsealed. Your money back within 14 days at most.
