You aren't obliged to use this form. The simplest way is to fill in the form on the site. It takes a minute and you get an email confirmation right away. Any unequivocal statement telling us that you're withdrawing from the contract is just as valid.
We publish it because the law requires us to make it available to you: it's the model form in Part B of the annex to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. You can copy it, fill it in and send it by email to contact@petique.ro or by post, to the address below.
You have 14 calendar days from the day you, or a person designated by you other than the courier, take physical possession of the products.

What happens after you send it to us
- We send you an acknowledgement by email, without delay.
- We refund every sum received, including the cost of standard delivery, within at most 14 days of the date you told us, using the same payment method. We may hold off on the refund until we receive the products back or until you send us proof that you've dispatched them.
- You bear the cost of returning them, except where the product is not as described.
- Sealed products that have been unsealed can't be returned, for reasons of hygiene, and neither can perishable products.
